About Us

Our team consists of BANT registered nutritionists and gut health specialists who have extensive experience in supporting clients with IBS-like symptoms. We are confident in our ability to help you improve your symptoms and overall well-being.

We understand that the help provided through the NHS and conventional medicine may be limited, often involving long-term restricted diets. However, we take a different approach.

While we may recommend an elimination diet for a period of time, our ultimate goal is to address the root cause of your symptoms and help you achieve symptom relief while enjoying a varied and diverse diet.

HEALTH COACHING

In addition to our nutritional expertise, we also offer health coaching sessions with our certified functional medicine health coach.

We believe that with the right support, guidance, and understanding, anyone can reduce their symptoms and improve their quality of life.

Through our comprehensive health plan, we aim to provide you with personalized care that goes beyond symptom management and helps you achieve long-term gut health and overall wellness.

Meet Louise
BANT Registered Nutritionist

Louise specialises in child nutrition.

She qualified as a nutritional therapist with the Institute of Optimum Nutrition (ION) in London and has since trained and continues to train in Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID),  Extreme Picky Eating, and nutritionally supporting children with neurodiversity including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia & Dyspraxia.

Louise often sees gut health issues with children who have restricted diets due to extreme fussy eating or food intolerance and applies tools to help create a positive relationship with food.

She offers a judgment-free zone, providing empathy, reassurance and guidance when a parent struggles to encourage their child to eat foods that support their gut health because Louise has had similar experiences with her child.

Louise is passionate about helping parents feel confident about making the right food choices for their children in order to support their gut health.
